Друзья!

От всего сердца поздравляю моих молодых земляков, жителей юго-востока с Днем молодежи!
Для меня, как и для всего Донбасса, вы – родные и близкие люди. Днепропетровск и Одесса, Харьков и Николаев, Херсон и Запорожье – все это прекрасные русские города, настоящие побратимы Донецка и Луганска.

Но сегодня для всех жителей юго-востока, и особенно для молодежи, настали трудные времена. Украинская олигархия с целью сохранения власти вступила в союз с фашизмом, самым страшным врагом нашего народа. И когда вы подняли свой голос против экстремизма, когда открыто выразили протест против чуждой нам идеологии, преступный киевский режим объявил войну своему народу. В результате тысячи людей были сожжены, брошены в тюрьмы или пропали без вести. На Донбасс была брошена армия, но мы дали отпор захватчикам и с оружием в руках завоевал свободу. Нам было трудно, но мы выстояли и сегодня строим свое независимое и справедливое государство.

Я призываю вас,  молодежь юго-востока,  отбросить в сторону все страхи, объединить свои усилия и выступить единым фронтом против оккупационного режима.

Освободитесь, будьте хозяевами своей земли, встаньте на защиту своей культуры, традиций и родного языка!
Сегодня вы молоды, сильны и отважны, и только от вас зависит будущее вашей страны, благополучие родных и близких, мир и процветание!

From the whole heart I congratulate my young fellow countrymen, inhabitants of the southeast on the Youth Day! For me, as for all Donbass, you are a near and dear people. Dnepropetrovsk and Odessa, Kharkov and Nikolaev, Kherson and Zaporozhye – all this beautiful Russian cities, the real sworn brothers of Donetsk and Lugansk.

But today for all inhabitants of the southeast, and especially for youth, hard times came. The Ukrainian oligarchy for the purpose of retention of the power entered into alliance with fascism, the most terrible enemy of our people. And when you raised the voice against extremism when openly expressed a protest against alien ideology to us, the criminal Kiev mode declared war to the people. As a result of one thousand people were burned, flung in prisons or were missing. To Donbass the army was thrown, but we rebuffed aggressors with lethal force won freedom. It was difficult for us, but we stood out and today we build our independent and fair state.

I appeal to you, youth of the southeast, to reject all fears aside, to combine the efforts and to stand together against the occupational mode. Be released, be owners of the earth, rise in defense of the culture, traditions and the native language!
Today you are young, strong and brave, and the future of your country, wellbeing of the family, the world and prosperity depends only on you!
