В Донецкой Народной Республике идет процесс распределения гуманитарной помощи социально не защищенным категориям граждан. Об этом в интервью журналисту официального сайта ДНР рассказал и.о. председателя Государственного комитета гуманитарного обеспечения (ГКГО) Олег Березовой.

«В Республике ведется разработка системы контроля раздачи гуманитарной помощи. На сегодня контролирующих органов в ДНР достаточно, это Министерство внутренних дел, прокуратура, различные надзорные органы. Распоряжением Главы ДНР №58 от 20 апреля 2015 года также регламентирована отчетность о распределении гуманитарных грузов», – сообщил Олег Березовой.

Он также отметил, что в некоторых районах количество социально не защищенных граждан достигает от 20 до 30 тысяч, обработать такое число граждан достаточно сложно, однако программа выдачи гуманитарной помощи разрабатывается, и все нуждающиеся жители ДНР будут учтены.

In the Donetsk People’s Republic there is a process of distribution of humanitarian aid to socially not protected categories of citizens. The acting chairman of the State Committee of Humanitarian Providing (SCHP) Oleg Berezovoy told about it in interview to the journalist of the official site of DPR.

“In the Republic development of the system of control of distribution of humanitarian aid is conducted. For today it is enough supervisory authorities in DPR, this are Ministry of Home Affairs, prosecutor’s office, various supervisory authorities. The order of the Head of DPR No. 58 of April 20, 2015 also regulated the reporting on distribution of humanitarian freights”, – Oleg Berezovoy reported.

He also noted that in some areas the number of socially not protected citizens attains from 20 to 30 thousand, rather difficult to process such number of citizens, however the program of delivery of humanitarian aid is developed, and all needing inhabitants of DPR will be considered.
