Вчера, 3 июня, на фоне очередных зверских обстрелов мирных жителей Донбасса в Верховной Раде Украины был зарегистрирован законопроект о полной товарно-сырьевой блокаде оккупированных территорий.

Напоминаем, что в январе 2015 года был введен пропускной режим на территорию Донбасса, и практически полностью было прекращено транспортное сообщение с Украиной. Несмотря на недовольство мировой общественности, киевское правительство на этом не остановилось – 18 февраля были прекращены поставки газа в зону АТО.

За прошедшие полгода было принято множество законопроектов, нарушающих права и свободы граждан как Украины, так и Республик. Министерство иностранных дел не увидело даже попыток  мировой общественности остановить официальный Киев.

Самым циничным нарушением всех существующих норм и принципов международного права стало постановление “Об утверждении Заявления об отступлении Украины от обязательств, определенных Конвенцией о защите прав человека и основных свобод, Международным пактом о гражданских и политических правах и Европейской социальной хартии (пересмотренной)”.

Сегодня на фоне полного уничтожения инфраструктуры Донбасса и зверских убийств мирных жителейводится товарно-сырьевая блокада Республик. Министерство иностранных дел напоминает, что геноцид – это предумышленное создание жизненных условий, рассчитанных на полное или частичное физическое уничтожение, это то, что происходит сейчас на Донбассе.

Мы призываем мировое сообщество и Совет Безопасности ООН  создать Международный трибунал в отношении жертв военных преступлений, преступлений против человечности и геноцида на Донбассе.

Yesterday, on the 3rd of June, on the background of another brutal shelling of the Donbass civilians, in the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada was registered the draft law on the full Commodity blockade of the occupied territories.

We recall that in January 2015 there was introduced an admission regime to the territory of Donbass, and all transport links with Ukraine were almost completely been discontinued.

Despite international community discontent, the Kiev government did not stop, and on the 18th of February were halted gas supplies to the area of “antiterrorist operation”.

Over the past six months it has been a multitude of draft laws that violate the rights and freedoms of citizens of both Ukraine and the Republics. Ministry of Foreign Affairs did not see even the attempts by the international community to stop the official Kiev.

The most cynical violation of all existing norms and principles of international law was the decree “On the approval of the application for withdrawal of Ukraine from the obligations set out by the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the European Social Charter (revised)”.

Today, against the backdrop of the complete destruction of the Donbass infrastructure and massacres of civilians, there was introduced the Commodity blockade of the Republic. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates that genocide is deliberately inflicting conditions of life with the aim to bring about physical destruction, which is what is happening now in the Donbas.

We call on the international community and the UN Security Council to create the International Criminal Tribunal for the victims of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in the Donbass.
