Дорогие земляки!
Уважаемые жители Донецкой Народной Республики!
От всей души поздравляю вас с праздником, который близок и дорог каждой семье нашего славного трудового Донбасса – Днем шахтера!
Для нашего края шахтер – это не просто профессия, это трудовой костяк Донецкой Народной Республики. Знаменитый на весь мир донбасский характер ковался в шахтерских лавах такими горняками – героями труда – как Никита Изотов, Иван Бридько, Александр Кольчик и, конечно, Алексей Стаханов.
Разрушенный захватчиками во время Великой Отечественной войны, наш родной край быстро восстановился, и за короткое время Донбасс превратился в олицетворение промышленной мощи, впечатляющих трудовых достижений и побед. Все это стало возможным во многом благодаря ежедневному героическому труду горняков, которые славятся мужеством, беззаветной преданностью своей профессии и несгибаемым характером.
Особенно эти качества проявились в 1943 и в 2014 гг. в боях при Саур-Могиле. Тогда наши отцы и деды вышвырнули фашистскую заразу из советского Донбасса, и уже в наши дни настоящие герои – дети и внуки наших славных ветеранов – нанесли сокрушительное поражение нацистам, начав освобождение Донецкой Народной Республики. Это говорит о преемственности поколений и верности традициям нашего шахтерского края.
Сегодня мы вместе с вами восстанавливаем Донбасс из руин. Уверен, благодаря вашему самоотверженному труду, патриотизму и преданности родному краю мы сможем выполнить все поставленные задачи и превратим нашу страну в преуспевающее и процветающее государство, в котором человек труда занимает почетное место.
Дорогие горняки, хочу от всего сердца пожелать вам крепкого здоровья, неисчерпаемой жизненной энергии и неиссякаемого оптимизма! Счастья вам и вашим близким, удачи и всяческих успехов! Пусть вашим спутником всегда будут яркие трудовые достижения и славные победы на фронтах!

Dear fellow countrymen! Dear residents of Donetsk, hero town and capital of the Donetsk People’s Republic!
I heartily congratulate you on a holiday – the City Day which we for the first time celebrate as residents of the capital of the independent state.
For all progressive mankind Donetsk today is an embodiment of fight against the fascist threat gaining strength around the world.
It Donetsk took on the most difficult and terrible blows of the Ukrainian army, which is supported by Western governments and military machine of NATO. When Donetsk at the top of the voice told “no” to nazi putsch on the Maidan, mad governors of Ukraine put our favorite city on cruel trial. On the peace, blossoming city with great labor traditions the fighting aircraft, heavy artillery, armored machinery were thrown.
Day after day, month after month Donetsk was exposed to brutal attacks and bombings. But the young capital stood, and with it also the young country – the Donetsk People’s Republic stood.
Valorous defenders of our heroic city repulsed attacks the attack punitive Ukrainian and foreign mercenaries, inflicting terrible losses, forcing them to stop at the gates of Donetsk, which turned into unapproachable fortress for aggressors army. Unfortunately, this victory has cost dearly. Thousands of innocent Donetsk citizens – women, old men and children – were lost and got wounds because of cruel attacks of the Ukrainian army. Beautiful city, lovingly rebuilt by its residents has undergone unprecedented destruction. Destroyed homes, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, churches, deliberately destroyed industrial infrastructure.
But I am convinced that thanks to diligence and courage of Donetsk citizens, their staunch character and love to the hometown Donetsk will be restored, and the new round of development of the capital of Donbass will soon begin.
Dear Donetsk citizens, I want to wish heartily to all of you a good health, success in all undertakings, family wellbeing and the peace sky over the head!
