В Донецкой Народной Республике введена в эксплуатацию электронная база «Дети Донбасса». Об этом в эксклюзивном интервью журналисту официального сайта ДНР рассказала Уполномоченный по правам ребенка в ДНР Яна Чепикова.

«Электронная база «Дети Донбасса» уникальна. На сегодня это единственная база данных о детях Республики, оказавшихся в тяжелых жизненных ситуациях. Она была разработана Министерством связи ДНР при активном участии студентов-практикантов. Данная база будет вмещать в себя информацию обо всех детях, которые должны быть учтены. Это дети-сироты, дети, лишенные родительского попечения, дети, оставшиеся без родительского попечения, дети, которые еще не определены и ждут своего устройства в семьи либо в государственные учреждения. Создание электронной базы «Дети Донбасса» даст возможность активизировать работу по усыновлению», – сообщила Яна Чепикова.

Она также отметила, что 23 июня в ДНР было вынесено первое в истории Республики решение суда об усыновлении ребенка. Факт усыновления состоялся без каких-либо нарушений, и 3-месячная девочка стала полноценным членом семьи.

In the Donetsk People’s Republic the electronic base “Children of Donbass” is put into operation. About it Yana Chepikova, the Ombudsman for Children in DPR, told in an exclusive interview to the journalist of the official site of DPR.

“The electronic base “Children of Donbass” is unique. For today it is the only database about the children of the Republic who appeared in difficult life situations. It was developed by the Ministry of Communications of DPR with active participation of students probationers. This base will contain information about all children who have to be considered. These are the orphan children, children deprived of parental care, the children who remained without parental care, children who aren’t defined yet and wait for the device in families or in public institutions. Creation of the electronic base “Children of Donbass” will give the chance to speed up work on adoption”, – Yana Chepikova reported.

She also noted that on June 23 in DPR it was rendered the first in the history of the Republic judgement about adoption of the child. The fact of adoption took place without any violations, and the 3-monthly girl became the full-fledged family member.
